These services include our website (22neuro.com), as well as our mobile and web applications, collectively referred to as the “22Neuro Health Platform” or the “22Neuro Health Service.” Additionally, this policy covers any other neuro screening and treatment services we provide.

This includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, health reports, specific health-related information, and your medication list, especially when combined with other identifying information.

IS REGISTRATION NECESSARY?

Registration is essential to utilize the 22Neuro Health Service fully. By registering, you gain access to your account information on the 22Neuro Health Platform. This also ensures that you can recover your Personal Data if you change mobile phones or reinstall the 22Neuro Health Service on your device.

If you are using the 22Neuro Health Service in conjunction with a program offered by your employer, healthcare provider, manager, or another healthcare professional partnered with 22Neuro, you may need to register with that third party as part of the program. This may require providing certain Personal Data to those providers.

Please note that 22Neuro is not responsible for the Personal Data you choose to share with any healthcare providers or other third parties through the use of the 22Neuro Health Service or our related product offerings.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you register for our services, communicate with us via email, share medical and health-related details, or post any content on the 22Neuro Health Platform, we collect various types of Personal Data. This includes:

  • Personal Information: Your name, email address, Aadhaar number, ABHA number, phone number, and other contact details.

  • Health Information: Details such as your weight, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, activity data (steps, exercise), medications or supplements you are taking, and your health preferences.

  • Uploaded Content: Any content you upload, download, or access via our services, such as prescriptions, lab reports, or photos of over-the-counter medications.

  • Call Records: Calls made while availing our healthcare services may be recorded for quality assurance purposes in compliance with Indian telemedicine guidelines.

Additionally, if you use the 22Neuro Health Service through a program offered by a healthcare provider or third party and enter an activation code provided by them, they may also share your Personal Data with us.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, including this Privacy Policy, and by providing your Personal Data, you consent to its collection, storage, processing, disclosure, and transfer as per the applicable laws in India. You confirm that you have provided your Personal Data voluntarily, with a clear understanding of how it will be used. You also acknowledge that this process will not cause you any harm or wrongful loss if done in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the 22Neuro Health Service, including:

  • Technical Information: Your IP address, operating system, browser type, referring site addresses, and your activity on our platform. This information is not considered Personal Data unless it is combined with personally identifiable information.

  • Cookies and Web Beacons: These small files are placed on your device to help us understand your interaction with our services, monitor usage, and improve functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We take your privacy seriously and will only share your Personal Data under specific circumstances as outlined below:

  • Service Providers: We may share your information, including Personal Data, with service providers who have a contractual agreement with us. These providers help us operate our services and are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf. They are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

  • Healthcare Providers and Third Parties: If you access the 22Neuro Health Service through a program offered by a healthcare provider or third party, and use an activation code provided by them, we may share your Personal Data with that healthcare provider or third party. This includes information related to your use and interaction with our services.

  • Aggregated Information: We may compile Personal Data from multiple users into aggregated data that removes the ability to identify individual users. This anonymized data may be shared with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, and other similar purposes.

  • With Your Consent: We will share your information in specific ways when you give us explicit consent to do so. This includes instances where we notify you that your information will be shared in a particular manner, and you provide the necessary information.

We will adhere to all applicable laws regarding such restrictions. If we agree to any restriction, we will ensure compliance in line with the legal standards applicable to your Personal Data.

Attached is the consent withdrawal form. Please fill out the necessary details, sign it, and send it to our Grievance Officer at care@22Neuro.in. Our Grievance Officer will work diligently to address your concerns within seven working days of receiving your communication.

The 22Neuro Healthz Service may include links to external websites or applications. Please be aware that any information you provide on these external sites or applications is directly given to the respective owners and is governed by their privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy does not extend to these external sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy and security practices and policies.

Please note that opting out of these communications will not affect your receipt of essential messages related to the administration of your account and the use of our services.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your Personal Data at any time by informing our Grievance Officer in writing at care@22Neuro.in. Upon withdrawal of your consent, we may no longer be able to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. We will take steps to delete your Personal Data within 30 days, although some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as required by law.

As a user of the 22Neuro Health Service, you can request amendments to your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. To do so, contact us and request the necessary changes. We will take reasonable steps to amend your data within 30 days. Note that some older information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as required by Indian law. If you registered with an activation code provided by a healthcare provider or third party, we may have shared your data with them.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you are located outside of India and choose to provide Personal Data to us, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in India, or any other country where we operate. By using the 22Neuro Health Service, you consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, and disclosure of your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN

22Neuro Health is not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect information from, minors under the age of 18. In the event, our Company treats children and minors under the age of 18 years for any cancer-related illness, our Privacy Policy will apply to their legal guardians as per applicable Indian laws.

CHANGES

Any information that is collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise our privacy policy from time-to-time. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting them on the 22Neuro Health Service or by sending you an email or other notification or message (including push notifications and in-app news notices), and we will indicate when such changes become effective. By continuing to access or use the 22Neuro Health Service after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

GRIEVANCE OFFICER

We have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or grievances that you may have regarding the processing, storage, usage or deletion of your Personal Data, as the case may be, within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of such communication from you. If you have any such grievances, please write to our Grievance Officer care@22Neuro.in and our Grievance Officer will aim to resolve your grievances within a reasonable time.
