Applicability

This Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the website www.22neuro.com, any other websites hosted under the domain of 22neuro.com (“Website”), mobile applications published by 22Neuro, email communications received on info@22neuro.com, and text/WhatsApp messages received on 1800 209 3366 (collectively, “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Transcend Discoveries Private Limited, a private limited company registered under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 305, Regent Plaza, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Pune-411021 (“Company”).

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms contained in this Agreement at any time by posting such modifications on its Website. The modified Agreement would be effective from the date of modification that is posted by the Company on its Website. If you do not agree to any term that is contained in this Agreement, please immediately cease your use of the Platform.

“You” or the “User” in this Agreement refers to any person who uses the Platform. “Service” in this Agreement refers to any capability/functionality that is offered by the Platform that can be used by a User.

Use of Service

The Service utilizes information provided by you directly or from reports or devices (“User Information”), if you consent to sharing such reports and/or data collected on devices with the Service. By consenting to share your health reports stored in your health account for use of the Service, such health reports will continue to be shared with the Service until you expressly withdraw such consent. Our data collection and processing practices are governed by our privacy policy as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The Service employs an automated algorithm based on a medical knowledge base derived from external sources in conjunction with User Information to provide you with an indicative overall status of your health. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your medical condition(s). Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of the Service.

The Service does not provide medical diagnoses, nor does it prescribe how to treat any medical issues you may have. This can only be done by consulting a medical professional. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice from a qualified practitioner for any medical conditions you may have.

The Service functions purely based on User Information, and if you enter incorrect User Information, the Service will return an incorrect result.

SMS and WhatsApp Communication Consent

As part of the Service, the Company sends booking confirmation, information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change, or any other relevant information for the transaction or booking made by the User via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email, or any other alternate communication detail provided by the User at the time of booking. The Company may also contact the User through the aforementioned modes for any pending or failed bookings, to know the User's preference for concluding the booking, and to assist the User. The User hereby consents that such communications via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email, or any other mode by the Company are:

Upon the request and authorization of the User;
‘Transactional’ and not an ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (“TRAI”), and
In compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad.

The User will indemnify the Company against all types of losses and damages incurred by the Company due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations), or any other authority due to any erroneous complaint raised by the User on the Company with respect to the communications mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email ID being provided by the User for any reason whatsoever.

The Company has made every effort to ensure that the information contained in the Platform has been obtained from reliable sources; however, the Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of this information.
